Would you like to experience Independence Day at the final home of America’s first patriot? Come spend this Independence Day at the garden spot of the world, Patrick Henry’s Red Hill! Events begin at 3:00PM with fireworks at dusk and the gate closing at 9:00PM. Bring your lawn chairs or blankets to comfortably watch Patrick Henry give his speech at 7:00 and to watch the fantastic fireworks display at 9:15. You might also want to bring a flashlight to aid you after dark. Food vendors will be on-site to purchase dinner from. The Brown Brothers will be performing throughout the day. www.thebrownbros.com A children’s face painter will be on-site as well.
Please do NOT bring any alcohol, personal fireworks (including sparklers), grills, or pets; for safety reasons, all these are prohibited.
General Admission Tickets: $10/car and can be purchased at the gate. Pre-sale tickets are no longer available.
UPDATE: The VIP Event Ticket add-on is sold out. This event features cake and ice cream with Patrick Henry’s fifth-great-grandson and premier fireworks seating: $10/person. This add-on event is now sold out. General Admission Tickets will be available at the gate.

7:00pm Patrick Henry Jolly, (5th great-grandson of Patrick Henry) will recite the “Give me Liberty” speech and read the Declaration of Independence
9:00pm Gate closes
9:15pm Fireworks begin
