Jarret joined the Red Hill staff in April 2018. Originally from upstate New York, he has lived in Virginia since 2000 and has been visiting Red Hill with his family for many years. As a groundskeeper, his job entails caring for the nearly 1,000 acres of Patrick Henry’s original plantation land. This includes the landscaping, maintaining the mowed lawns and gardens, trail construction, snow removal, and building maintenance. He also works as a part-time handyman, assisting as a mechanic, event staff, and doing repairs. Outside of work, Jarret enjoys playing guitar, hiking, working out, woodworking, and spending time with his wife.
