Hope started work at Patrick Henry’s Red Hill in 2009. Since that time, she has held several positions and in 2019 was named the first female Chief Executive Officer. In 2018 she received the Hunter-Burley Award from the Small Museum Association. She is passionate about uncovering and sharing the entire story of Patrick Henry’s Red Hill, including the story of the enslaved community.
A graduate of Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Finance, Hope is married with two children, three grandchildren, a dog, and a cat. Besides all things Patrick Henry and Red Hill, Hope loves the beach and spending time with her grandchildren.
