Bruce Olsen has been a groundskeeper at Red Hill since 2001. He and his wife and their six children moved from a dairy farm in upstate New York to Virginia in 2000 and enjoy the much fairer winters. As Director of Grounds & Maintenance, Bruce oversees the set-up for events, landscaping, and building maintenance for Red Hill’s 1,000 acres of historic areas, trails, fields, and forests.
Outside of the work he does at Red Hill, Bruce enjoys spending time with his wife, Grace, and working on home projects. He also enjoys traveling to visit his fifteen (and counting!) grandchildren, watching the television series “The Chosen,” and volunteering at his church.
