Unfortunately, our special Juneteenth event this Saturday, hosted by the 7056 Charlotte County Branch of the Virginia NAACP at Red Hill, has been canceled.
Admission will still be free for all visitors, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The grounds and Quarter Place will still be open to be toured. We invite you to come and see the tranquil beauty and powerful history Red Hill has to offer.

Celebrate freedom, history, and community at Red Hill on Saturday, June 27, at 11:00 am! As we honor the emancipation of enslaved African Americans, the 7056 Charlotte County Branch of the Virginia NAACP invites you to reflect on the legacy of freedom. Enjoy a day of remembrance, music, and fellowship in a historic setting that connects our past to the promise of a more just future. Food will be available for purchase.
