Hello! My name is Julia Broughton, and I am a Visitor Center Associate at Red Hill. I am an incoming senior at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, where I am studying in history and business administration. I’ve loved history, especially American colonial and Early Republic history, since I was in elementary school. I grew up visiting Colonial Williamsburg, which was the beginning of my love of history!
My family was Air Force, so I moved around some, but central Florida is now home for me. In my free time, I like to read, thrift, and watch TV shows (I especially enjoy House M.D. and historical dramas). Some fun facts about me are that I have a twin brother, and I lived in Quito, Ecuador for 2 months and got to stay with an Ecuadorian host family.
