Anissa Taylor, a native of Charlotte County, has always had a strong connection to Red Hill. She joined the Red Hill staff six years ago as a Visitor Center Associate and also assists with educational outreach programs. A graduate of Longwood University, Anissa has been an educator in Appomattox County Public Schools for 30 years. After retirement, she hopes to spend more time at Red Hill, continuing to educate the public about Patrick Henry and his role in the development of our nation.
In her spare time, she enjoys kayaking, hiking, gardening, and spending time at the beach as often as possible.
